RETURN POLICY

Returns USA Customers

Nava offers complimentary domestic return shipping. To initiate a return, please visit here. Nava currently allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak periods. A full refund will be issued upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days following processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If Nava determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted, and the items will be returned to you.

Final sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Holiday Return

Nava offers an extended returns policy of 21 days for all USA orders placed starting December 8th until January 2nd. All items returned must adhere to our standard returns policy; all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags attached in sellable condition.

Lost Packages

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Nava is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

During sale periods, all sales are final. Please note that final sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges. Nava reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
